Today marks a new direction for our country. I can't say that I agree with everything President Obama plans to do, but I know we need to change directions. I do like his belief in accountability and his international position so far, and I did vote for him. I HOPE he can lead and begin moving us in the right direction. I'm very uncomfortable with spending a trillion+ dollars (over $3000 for each and every one of us in this country). I'm not too excited about a depression either, so I'm willing to give it a try. The macroeconomic argument is strong to spend some money. I hope some of it gets spent wisely.
Tomorrow, is day one. Time to get to work.
Anyway, I saw the inauguration on television at lunch today. My shot of the President is above. I liked how the digital camera/TV refresh/ and broadcast noise created the artificial sharpening effect.
